You Were There: DMZ Project 2017

You Were There: DMZ Project 2017 consists of rocks from conflict zones covered with 24K gold leaf using Korean traditional techniques for gilding Buddha statues. It was permanently installed in the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea (DMZ) in 2017.

그곳에 있었다: DMZ 프로젝트 2017

<그곳에 있었다>는 불상에 금을 입히는 방식으로 분쟁 지역의 암석에 24 K 금박을 입혀 구성한 작품이다. 암석들은 남한의 최북단과 남단에서 가져왔다. 이 작품은 2017년 한국의 비무장 지대에 영구 설치되었다.
